Have you been diagnosed with Lichen Sclerosus and looking for relief without steroids?

If you are unfortunately suffering from lichen sclerosis, then this book will help you massively!

I read this book after being diagnosed only 3 months ago and I already see improvements.

It’s such a helpful book.

I know how overwhelming lichen sclerosus can feel when you are uncomfortable, frightened and unsure what to do next.

After living with constant itching, inflammation and pain, I began looking more closely at everything that could be affecting my symptoms.

Within six months, I went from experiencing daily discomfort to feeling comfortable and symptom-free.

I created this book to bring together the practical steps I took, all in one place.

The book is very well detailed with lots of great information to help with lichen sclerosis.

I am so grateful for Jodie creating this book as she has literally helped me not feel as lonely with my recent diagnosis and by following the tips in the book, I haven’t been having flare ups!

Inside, I share:

 • the changes I made to my everyday routine
• the foods I chose to eat and avoid
• the products and remedies I personally used
• direct links to the things that supported me
• the emotional patterns I explored
• the steps I followed to support my healing
• what helped me understand and manage my fears around lichen sclerosus and cancer

Along with my story and personal experience, this is a practical, step-by-step guide for women who want to understand what I did and begin exploring what may help them feel more comfortable too.

Book helped me a lot with advices about food, what to eat and what not, which natural cream to use, positive affirmations and support that we are not alone and that we can fight against LS

I found peace when you mentioned the data on cancer.

When I was reading about LS, I constantly saw that it meant a high risk of cancer, which really scared me.

That fear, paired with the initial embarrassment of having LS and not wanting to tell anyone, made everything feel overwhelming.

However, I realised that by not speaking to the women in my life for support, or by avoiding conversations with other women who suffer from LS, I was only harming myself.

Leaving my LS untreated is what would actually increase my risk

Treating it now, at a young age, will only benefit me in the long run.

Now, I talk openly to all my girlfriends about this and make sure that if they notice any symptoms, they get checked and diagnosed.
